"We chanced upon this place when the one we were aiming for was closed and it did not disappoint. There are many "tomyam" places in Seri Manjung, with cooks from southern Thailand, so their offerings are true Thai dishes with items like keng som, som tham and phad kra pow. Service was fast. How you order is choose your protein (fish or squid or prawn) and tell them how you want it cooked. Level of spiciness can also be indicated (pedas or kurang pedas) For the fish- choose the size based on your party. I liked the tomyam here- not too spicy so it can be slurped nicely. In this restaurant, the salads such as som tham and mango salad are freshly-tossed in front of the shop. The herb additions and the spicy/sour/sweet balance is done right. The portions are appropriate. We ordered the set family dinneer which had tomyam, fish, veg and an omelette. I would recommend the "Tiga Rasa" Seabass (siakap)- the fish (large!) was crunchy and the sauce flavourful. Local families eat here and this is evidence of their reasonable pricing. I look forward to coming back here during my next trip back to my kampung."
